Warren Sapp promises he'll help return the swagger to Oakland. "The big bad Silver and Black and Warren Sapp coming together -- that's got to be a match made in heaven," he said as he was introduced as the newest Raider on March 22. The seven-time Pro Bowl defensive tackle agreed March 20 to a seven-year, $36.6 million contract with the Raiders, ending his nine seasons with the Buccaneers and a superb football career spent entirely in Florida. Oakland snagged Sapp with an impressive contract offer while his agents were in negotiations with the Bengals. The deal was done in less than 24 hours when Sapp jumped at the chance to join owner Al Davis and new coach Norv Turner.
